Safari iOS: 128x Cape Preview Glitch when Rotating Fast

When viewing a high-resolution 128x cape in Safari mobile on iOS 17, spinning the 3D player quickly causes a slight texture flicker on the back cape seam.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open /tools/caperenderer on iPhone Safari.
2. Load a 128x HD cape.
3. Swipe quickly to spin the model 360 degrees.

Expected Behavior:

Smooth rotation without texture seam artifacts.
